Where is Cagayan de Oro? It is also known as the City of Golden Friendship is the capital of the province of Misamis Oriental, the regional center for Northern Mindanao. A new city in contrast to various very urbanized cities in the Philippines, Cagayan de Oro has a number of inhabitants of over 460,000 in 200,000 families.
